The village of taste

What is a holiday without good food? We have created a wide-ranging food and wine offering for curious travellers who want to enjoy their holiday in complete freedom, moving between contemporary settings and the finest traditions of Mediterranean cooking.

A Village of Taste within the village: two bars with a piadina corner, the restaurant, the grill on the sea-view terrace, the pizzeria with a wood-fired oven, the deli with takeaway service and a gluten-free kitchen, Tuscan street food, the Nutella Point and the Zanzi-Bar ice cream parlour.

Dining room at Ristorante Giglio di Mare

The restaurant

Giglio di Mare, where the boats used to be.

A few steps from the beach, where fishermen once sheltered their boats, Ristorante Giglio di Mare retains the charm of that place: wood, light and a large veranda overlooking the greenery.

Dishes cooked to order, first courses with fresh pasta made in house and ingredients bought daily at market, choosing mainly local suppliers. A kitchen that celebrates Tuscan tradition and the Tyrrhenian Sea, in keeping with the Mediterranean diet.

  • Dishes cooked to order and fresh pasta
  • Local, seasonal ingredients
  • Dining outdoors on the veranda and in the garden
  • Dedicated children’s menus
  • Gluten-free: dedicated dishes

The terrace

The Tuscan Archipelago, at your table.

The Terrazza dell’Arcipelago Toscano takes its name from the view it offers: from Elba to Capraia, from Gorgona to Piombino, the Tyrrhenian Sea opens up before the tables.

It is the ideal place for an aperitivo, a cocktail, a tasting of local wines or a dinner of meat and fresh fish. Happy hour, themed evenings and sunsets not to be missed.

  • Views over the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Archipelago
  • Aperitivos and cocktails
  • Meat and fish grill
  • Themed evenings and tastings
