One hour from Pisa
Pisa is about 70 km away: an hour’s drive and you are already in the pinewood. Le Esperidi is the seaside campsite chosen by guests who visit the city and want to sleep on the beach.
From Pisa you head south along the S.S.1 Aurelia without crossing the city centre: leave at La California-Cecina sud, then follow the signs for Marina di Bibbona. In an hour the Leaning Tower is replaced by the sound of the sea.
The distance is short enough to visit Pisa in a day and be back at the village for dinner, or to use the campsite as a base for a weekend of cities, hills and the Etruscan Coast.
